The HuntChef Country Style Brine Kit can be used to smoke the hams of any animal! Our DIY wild game brine kit is perfect for hunters or home cooks looking to brine anything from venison and bears to pork -- or even that Thanksgiving turkey!

DIRECTIONS: Add contents to 2.5 gallons warm water, stir until dissolved, chill to 40°F. Inject large cuts well, submerge and refrigerate 7 days (brine times vary depending on weight). Remove and discard brine. Dry in refrigerator for 24 hours. Rub with your favorite HuntChef seasoning and smoke to 155°F internal temperature.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, brown sugar, spices, 0.75% nitrite, sodium erythorbate, and tripolyphosphate.
