Return Policy – The Outdoor Outpost

At The Outdoor Outpost, we stand behind the quality of our made-to-order products. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received (e.g., ordered a size L but received a 2XL, or received the wrong design or color)

  • Item damaged during shipping

  • Item has a manufacturing defect rendering it unusable

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging

Please note: We do not issue refunds, but we will promptly issue a replacement to resolve any qualifying issues.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@droppedoutdoors.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out before placing your order.


Exchanges

Because each product is made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or fit. Please double-check your selections before submitting your order.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where a replacement is not possible. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
