Each kit makes 10lbs of sausage. Who’s ready for breakfast?
DIRECTIONS: Add 1 packet of seasoning and 4 oz. of water to 5 lbs. of ground meat and mix well. Enjoy as patties or cased and smoked to an internal temperature of 155°F.
FLAVOR: Savory with pepper and sage flavors and a subtle sweetness.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, dextrose, 4.52% MSG, spices, spice extractives, 0.1% each of BHA, BHT & citric acid.
