Our DIY wild game jerky kits are perfect for hunters or home cooks looking to enhance the natural flavors of beef, venison, or any meat! Makes a great gift during hunting season.
Each kit makes 10lbs of jerky, snack sticks, or summer sausage.
DIRECTIONS: Mix one packet of seasoning and one packet of cure with 5 lbs. of meat and 8 oz. of water. Smoke or dehydrate until desired doneness. Works with either ground meat or whole tissue.
FLAVOR: Savory and sweet with a bold barbecue flavor.
INGREDIENTS: Salt, paprika, spices, sugar, MSG, onion, garlic, spice extract, <2% tricalcium phosphate, honey Worcestershire sauce powder, xanthan gum, natural flavors, paprika extractives, and caramel color.
